Guided Tour

Entrance

The transition into the home begins with an immediate sense of calm. Lime-textured walls and ceiling envelop the entry, softening the threshold between exterior and interior. The absence of reflective surfaces allows attention to rest on materiality — the subtle grain of black veneer and the first glimpses of bespoke wall art. It is a quiet, composed introduction to the home’s restrained language.

Living Spaces

At the heart of the home lies an expansive, light-filled living area. The deep, matte finish of Calacatta Nero flooring anchors the space, while a custom marble mural behind the seating creates a refined focal point.

A palette of muted greige tones allows natural light to move freely across surfaces, enhancing depth without distraction. The space feels open yet grounded — designed for gathering, yet defined by calm sophistication.

Kitchen

Conceived as both functional workspace and social hub, the kitchen introduces a deliberate shift in tone. Deep teal cabinetry brings a subtle yet distinctive contrast to the otherwise neutral palette.

Despite this variation, the commitment to matte finishes remains consistent, ensuring surfaces retain their tactile quality and understated elegance. The kitchen is efficient, durable, and seamlessly integrated into everyday family life.

Dining Area

Positioned adjacent to the kitchen, the dining space balances restraint with a moment of visual intrigue. Zebra-patterned accents on seating introduce a bold yet controlled contrast against the continuous lime-textured backdrop.

Grounded by dark stone flooring, the space remains cohesive while offering a slightly expressive character — designed for shared meals and connection.

Bedrooms

Envisioned as private sanctuaries, the bedrooms shift the narrative towards quiet comfort and personal expression. The lime-textured envelope continues, maintaining visual continuity, while furnishings and details adapt to individual needs.

From serene spaces for the elders to more dynamic environments for the younger generation, each room reflects its occupant while remaining anchored in the home’s minimalist ethos.

Balcony

Extending from the living area, the balcony acts as a seamless interface between interior and exterior. Textured wall art inspired by traditional block patterns introduces a layer of craft and cultural memory.

It is a space of pause — open to the city yet grounded in the home’s calm, matte palette.

Mandir (Prayer Space)

The mandir is a study in evocative minimalism. A monolithic black wall, finished in lime texture, forms the backdrop for a spray-painted silhouette of Mahaveer Swami.

The artwork creates a subtle illusion of depth, offering a meditative presence without ornamentation — a spiritual core that aligns with the home’s contemporary language.

Bathrooms

The bathrooms continue the home’s commitment to material honesty and restraint. Matte finishes and stone surfaces create spaces that feel soft, tactile, and visually calm.

By avoiding reflective materials, these spaces extend the idea of private sanctuaries — functional yet serene, designed for comfort and clarity.
